Shipping Policy

We are proud to serve enthusiasts of fine German drinkware across the globe (excluding Asia and a few select remote regions). Once your order is placed, our team carefully prepares your package for its journey to you.

• Order Processing Time: 1-2 business days.
• Standard Shipping: Shipped via DHL or FedEx.
  • Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipment.
  • Flat rate fee of $12.95.
• Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50, shipped via EMS.
  • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment.

You will receive a tracking notification via email once your order is on its way, so you can follow its path to your doorstep.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

We believe in the quality and authenticity of our craftsmanship. Each item is selected to be a cherished piece for years to come. However, if your purchase does not meet your expectations, we offer a straightforward returns and exchange process.

• Return Window: We gladly accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of you receiving your order.
• Condition: To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. You must also include the original receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To start a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

1. Contact Us: Within 15 days of delivery, please email our customer service team at [email protected]. Include your order number and details about the product you wish to return or exchange.
2. Wait for Instructions: Our team will respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on where to send your package. Returns sent without an RMA number cannot be processed.
3. Ship Your Item: Carefully pack the item in its original packaging and mail it to the address provided below. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as you are responsible for the item until it arrives at our facility. Please note that the original shipping cost is non-refundable.
4. Inspection & Processing: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.

Upon approval, your refund will be processed to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

• Credit/Debit Card (Visa, MasterCard, JCB) & PayPal: Refunds will be posted within 5-10 business days after we process them. The time it appears on your statement will depend on your financial institution’s processing times.

Please note: We do not provide refunds for original shipping costs. For exchanges, we will cover the standard shipping cost to send your new item to you.

Damaged or Defective Items

We meticulously inspect every Limited Edition Stein and German Brewery Mug before shipment. In the rare event that an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with your order number and photos of the damage. We will swiftly arrange a replacement or full refund, including any shipping costs.
