However, we understand that sometimes an item may not meet your expectations. Our Returns & Exchanges policy is designed to be as straightforward and trustworthy as our products, ensuring your complete satisfaction.
Our Policy
We gladly accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of you receiving your order. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also include the original receipt or proof of purchase.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to their personalized nature, the following product category cannot be returned or exchanged unless it arrives damaged or defective:
- Personalized items (e.g., steins or mugs with custom engraving).
Please note: This exception is made to ensure the hygiene and quality standards of our products for all our customers.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
To start a return or exchange, please follow these simple steps:
- Contact Us: Within 15 days of delivery, please email our customer service team at [email protected]. Include your order number and details about the product you would like to return or exchange.
- Wait for Instructions: Our team will respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on where to send your package. Returns sent without an RMA number cannot be processed.
- Ship Your Item: Carefully pack the item in its original packaging and mail it to the address provided. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as you are responsible for the item until it arrives at our facility. The original shipping cost is non-refundable.
- Inspection & Processing: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within the timeframes outlined below.

Refund Timelines & Methods
Upon approval, your refund will be processed to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
- Credit/Debit Card (Visa, MasterCard, JCB) & PayPal: Refunds will be posted within 5-10 business days after we process them. The time it appears on your statement will depend on your financial institution’s processing times.
Please note: We do not provide refunds for original shipping costs. For exchanges, we will cover the standard shipping cost to send your new item to you.
Damaged or Defective Items
We meticulously inspect every Limited Edition Stein and German Brewery Mug before shipment. In the rare event that an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with your order number and photos of the damage. We will swiftly arrange a replacement or full refund, including any shipping costs.
